When will my order ship?
Within 2–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on the way.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles come back, but rodeo collections and limited runs usually don't. If something you want is sold out, email us and we'll tell you whether it's coming back.
How do your hats fit?
Most of our caps are adjustable snapback or rope-back. Any fitted or sized styles list their sizing on the product page.
Can you make custom hats for my rodeo or event?
Yes — that's a big part of what we do. Head to our partnerships page and tell us about your event.
Do you sell wholesale?

How do I return something?
