Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Final sale items, limited rodeo drops, and custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to start one
Email hello@loudfacesupply.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send instructions.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order shows up damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
